Celebrating 100 years of cinema: The campus of Maharaja Agrasen International College was no less than a Bollywood set as the students celebrated their annual fest, MAIC, 2013 with much gusto and excitement. Themed 100 Years of Cinema, the fest was definitely a crowd puller as the students enjoyed the vibrant colours of Bollywood amidst entertaining dance performances and thought-provoking plays.

Mayor Kiran Mayee Nayak, who was also present at the do, said,“This is the place where I learned about the basics of computer in a special session organized by the college for politicians.”
Hardwork counts: Putting up a grand show was no child’s play as the students worked hard to make this event a successful one. “It took us around 20 days to prepare. It was a complete students’ effort that we came up with such mesmerising performances on the stage,” said choreographer Deepak Kshitija. While Deepali Wadher, a BCom student, who presented the welcome dance, said, “This is my first year in the college and I practiced round the clock for my dance performance. I am pretty happy that my efforts paid off.”
